Thank you for shopping at OneUpFBA.com. We appreciate the trust you place in our services and we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the services provided and the significant time and effort invested in each student, as well as the course, we generally do not offer refunds.

NO REFUNDS
All purchases made on OneUpFBA.com are final and non-refundable, except as set out in the "Exceptions" section below. This policy is in accordance with general contract law principles and the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on refunds, which does not require businesses to provide refunds unless stipulated in the company's refund policy.

EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund under the following circumstances:
1. The customer has not attended any group calls associated with the course.
2. The customer has not accessed the supplier modules within the program.
3. The refund request is made within 10 days of the initial purchase.
These exceptions are subject to verification by our team. If you believe you qualify for a refund based on these exceptions, please contact us at Support@OneUpFBA.com with your request.

REFUND REQUESTS
To request a refund under the aforementioned exceptions, please send an email to Support@OneUpFBA.com. In your email, please include the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address you used to make the purchase
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why you believe you meet the criteria for a refund

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any account deactivations, and if a deactivation does occur, we are not responsible for a refund of the One Up FBA program or liable for any damages arising from account deactivation.

All refund requests will be evaluated within a reasonable time. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
